Summary: Up for sale is a pair of Nordost Frey 2 XLR interconnect cables, 2 meters in length, in excellent condition. Part of Nordost's Norse 2 Series, the Frey 2 uses five silver-plated OFC conductors per cable combined with the brand's proprietary Dual Mono-Filament construction, which creates a virtual air dielectric to minimize signal loss and maximize transfer speed. The increased conductor count over its predecessor delivers enhanced ground integrity, a lower noise floor, and greater dynamic range, adding weight and scale at the frequency extremes while revealing more low-level detail and intimacy in between. Terminated with gold-plated Neutrik XLR connectors, this cable is well suited for critical balanced signal paths between a preamp, DAC, or other source and a power amplifier. A genuine step up in resolution and musicality for anyone looking to extract more performance from their balanced connections. Shows excellent condition with no notable wear.
